   Lucas Oil Concessions

Updated August 15th at 11:10 a.m.

We have the opportunity to work at Lucas Oil Stadium Concessions again this football season. Brian Burkhardt will be our primary manager (point of contact) this year.

This season, all volunteers are encouraged to attend CORE and Frontline training. CORE training is an orientation to policies and fundraising. Frontline training is customer service, concessions, and alcohol services and safety. Brian and at least one other volunteer are required to attend manager training and supplemental training. If you are interested in being a manager, contact Brian for more information. All training is free of charge, classes last 1-2 hours and CORE and Frontline training run through the end of August. To sign up for CORE, Frontline, manager or supplemental training, email Lori M Heublein and the subject should be "Training for a Greenfield Central Band Booster".

Each volunteer will earn a minimum $50.00 per event for their student's account. Minimum age to work is 16 years old. No one can sell alcoholic beverages unless 21 year or older. The dress code is plain back pants, ankle length and no rips, etc. Shoes must be dark colored and closed toe with dark socks.

Click here to view, print and sign the volunteer agreement form and turn them into Brian prior to working your first event. Before our first event, for those who would like to serve alcohol, we will setup a time to drop-off alcohol license paperwork and money for the group and one person will submit it. Each person is responsible, for the cost, of their alcohol license and is required to attend TIPS training.

Keep in mind that it takes up to a month, after an event, for us to be paid. When you work a game, your account won't be credited until we receive payment from Center Plate (The company that runs concessions).

Contact Brian Burkhardt with questions and provide him your contact information.

Scrip Cards

Do you shop at Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, Bath & Body Works, Payless Shoes ... eat at Arby's, Bob Evans, O'Charley's, Long John Silver's ... or go to Great Clips, Starbucks or Toys R Us?

If so, order Scrip Cards before you shop, and the companies will donate a percentage of the cards to YOUR STUDENT'S BAND ACCOUNT.

Scrip Cards work just like gift cards: You spend $20 to get a card worth $20. We then earn an average of 4%-5% per card. Use the cards yourself and help your student's account every time you shop, or give them as gifts!

See a complete list of retailers.

To order cards or ask questions, contact Dianne Hoover. Sorry, only prepaid orders can be accepted.

We now accept payment through PayPal, so go to the "Pay Fees / Donate" Page. Remember, the PayPal fees are still passed along to you, so make sure IT IS WORTH IT!! Calculate the PayPal fee, be sure to compare it with the rebate you'll earn from SCRIP. For smaller amounts, the PayPal fee may exceed the rebate, and so you'll want to pay with a check or use PrestoPay on the SCRIP site.

Weekly Scrip update:

Dianne Hoover will work out a place every Thursday, around 5:30 p.m., to distribute ordered scrip cards.

Visit www.shopwithscrip.com and setup your account by inputting enrollment code F6EB55BA17979 and then pay using Presto Pay (on-line).
